What’s your cancellation policy?

We kindly ask for 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a fee. This helps us respect our stylists' time and accommodate other clients on our waitlist

Do I need a consultation before booking extensions?

Yes! A consultation is required for all extension services to ensure we choose the right method (hand-tied, nano beaded, I-tips, or tape-ins) for your hair type and goals. During the consultation, we’ll go over pricing, color matching, and maintenance.

How should i prepare for my appointment?

For all services, arrive with clean, dry hair free of heavy product buildup. If you're booked for a dry cut, come in with your hair styled how you normally wear it. For extension consultations, avoid using tinted dry shampoo so we can accurately color match. If you have any inspiration photos, feel free to bring them—we love a good inspo photo!

How do I know what color service to book?

If you're new to the salon or unsure of what to book, our New Client Highlight is a great starting point! It allows us to fully customize your color based on your goals. If you're maintaining an existing look, choose a partial or mini custom color for a refresh, or full custom color if it had been 5+ months since your last color service. Still unsure?
