Welcome to Rosemary & Sage Salon! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our services, website, and appointments. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Appointments & Cancellations

We require a valid credit card on file to book an appointment.
Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment will be subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late may need to reschedule, and a cancellation fee may apply.

2. Service Satisfaction

We strive for excellence and want you to love your hair! If you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment for an adjustment.
Adjustments do not include major changes or corrections due to a change of mind.
All services are non-refundable.

3. Deposits & Payments

Certain services, such as color corrections and extension appointments, may require a non-refundable deposit to secure the booking.
All payments are due at the time of service. We accept major credit cards and digital payments.

4. Hair Color & Chemical Services

While we take every precaution to ensure the health of your hair, we cannot guarantee the exact outcome of chemical services due to hair history, previous treatments, and at-home care.
Clients must disclose any prior hair treatments to ensure the best results.

5. Retail Product Policy

Unopened and unused retail products may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase.
We do not offer refunds on retail products.

6. Health & Safety

If you are feeling unwell, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone exhibiting inappropriate behavior or who compromises the safety of our team and other clients.

7. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information provided to us (such as your name, contact details, or payment information) will be kept confidential and used only for salon-related purposes.

8. Policy Updates

These Terms of Service are subject to change at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
